  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

Założenia (opisowo):

Celem kursu jest zapoznanie studentów z wskaźnikami mierzącymi różnice regionalne w Europie oraz podstawowymi teoriami wyjaśniającymi procesy aglomeracji i deglomeracji oraz zróżnicowanie regionów centralnych i peryferyjnych. Student dowiaduje się, jak wyjaśnić cele polityki regionalnej oraz jak ewoluowały zasady i finansowanie polityk strukturalnych UE. Student potrafi krytycznie analizować skutki i skuteczność polityk strukturalnych oraz oceniać procesy konwergencji i dywergencji gospodarczej w regionach i krajach UE.

Efekty uczenia się:

Absolwent:

- rozumie strukturę, kompetencje i funkcjonowanie Unii Europejskiej w kontekście tworzenia i implementacji polityk strukturalnych UE i jej oddziaływania na regiony europejskie (K_W 05);

- zna gospodarcze i społeczne aspekty integracji państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej oraz wpływ instrumentów polityki regionalnej Unii Europejskiej na funkcjonowanie i rozwój ekonomiczny i społeczny państw członkowskich (K_W 08);

- potrafi analizować wpływ różnorodnych politycznych i społecznych czynników na tworzenie mechanizmów współpracy instytucji UE z instytucjami państw członkowskich w kontekście wybranych polityk strukturalnych UE (K_U06);

- potrafi stosować zdobytą wiedzę do ogólnej diagnozy jakości prowadzonych polityk strukturalnych w kontekście ich wpływu na rozwój państw członkowskich UE jak również identyfikować i interpretować trendy i scenariusze rozwoju regionów europejskich na podstawie analizy polityk publicznych implementowanych na poziomie narodowym i ponadnarodowym (K_U 10);

- jest gotów do reprezentowania w sposób zinstytucjonalizowany zróżnicowanych interesów różnych grup społecznych, uwzględniając polityczne, ekonomiczne i prawne aspekty podejmowanych inicjatyw (K_K05).
