(tylko po angielsku) The student learns the basic rights and obligations of consumers in accordance with EU law. The student learns to apply the existing consumer rights in practice. The student is ready to critically analyze current legal solutions and search for modernization of existing normative regulations. |

(tylko po angielsku) K_W07: The student knows and understands the fundamental legal and ethical norms constituting and regulating European structures as well as social and economic institutions, including those on the protection of intellectual property law and the sources of these norms, their specificity, evolution and impact on human behavior K_W08: The student knows and understands economic and social aspects of the integration of the European Union member states and the influence of the European Union on the economic and social policies of member states, including various forms of entrepreneurship and individual economic activity K_W12: The student possesses basic knowledge about man and citizen being an entity constituting professional, social, national and suprenational structures, their status, rights and principles of functioning in these structures. K_U05: The student is able to analyse at a basic level solutions to specific problems in the social, political, economic area of European Union and Europe, and to propose appropriate solutions in this regard. K_U10: The student is able to identify and interpret scenarios of creation and implementation of public policies at the national and supranational levels. The student is able to use acquired knowledge to generally diagnose the quality of policies run by Member states and the EU. K_K02: The student is ready to correctly identify and resolve dilemmas related to practicing the profession. K_K05: The student is ready to represent in an institutionalised manner different interests of various social groups, taking into account political, economic and legal aspects of undertaken initiatives. |
